1. You will not use PeryU Services if you are under 18 years old. In certain cases this age may be different due to local regulatory requirements, please see your local privacy policy for more information. It is the guardian’s solely responsible to supervise the individual who is under 18 years old. If you register and use the PeryU to make a livestreaming activity, but you are under 18 years old, you and your guardian shall bear all the responsibilities for your action.
2. We’re not responsible for anything that you post or published on PeryU and we will remove it in our own discretion if we find something you have posted is inappropriate or illegal.
3. If you are concerned about how your data is being used by PeryU then please refer to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when you use PeryU. By using PeryU, you agree that we can use such data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4. You will not use PeryU to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, pornographic or discriminatory.
5. You shall be solely responsible for the following action, including but not limited, (i) You avoid the screening of the PeryU intentionally, use the false identity information to establish an PeryU account and use other individual’s bank account to withdraw the awards in an PeryU account; (ii) if you are a political person, governmental official or family member of political person or governmental official, you use PeryU platform to engage in the illegal or criminal activities such as the money laundering, bribery, terrorist financing or others. If PeryU has detected such action, PeryU has right to disqualify your account, refuse your withdraw request and report such action to related authority.

4.3. is abusive, insulting or threatening, or which promotes or encourages sexually explicit material, violence or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;
4.4. encourages any illegal activity including, without limitation, terrorism, inciting racial hatred, hateful content or the submission of which in itself constitutes committing a criminal offence;
4.5. is defamatory;
4.6. relates to commercial activities (including, without limitation, sales, competitions and advertising, links to other websites or premium line telephone numbers);
4.7. involves the transmission of "junk" mail or "spam";
4.8. contains any spy ware, viruses, corrupt files, worm programmes or other malicious code designed to interrupt, damage or limit the functionality of or disrupt any software, hardware, telecommunications, networks, servers or other equipment, Trojan horse or any other material designed to damage, interfere with, wrongly intercept or expropriate any data or personal information whether from PeryU or otherwise;
4.9. itself, or the posting of which, infringes any third party’s rights (including, without limitation, intellectual property rights and privacy rights);
4.10.shows drugs or drug use;
4.11.shows political content;
4.12. shows another person which was created or distributed without that person’s consent;
4.13. use the Services in a manner that may create a conflict of interest or undermine the purposes of the Services, such as trading reviews with other users or writing or soliciting fake reviews;
4.14. make unauthorised copies, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile or create any derivative works of the Services or any content included therein, including any files, tables or documentation (or any portion thereof) or determine or attempt to determine any source code, algorithms, methods or techniques embodied by the Services or any derivative works thereof;
We always appreciate your feedback or other suggestions about PeryU Pro, but you understand that we may use your feedback or suggestions without any obligation to compensate you for them (just as you have no obligation to offer them).
We reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice, to remove or disable access to content at our discretion for any reason or no reason. Some of the reasons we may remove or disable access to content may include finding the content objectionable, in violation of these Terms, or otherwise harmful to the Services or our users. So please take it seriously when you post or send content via PeryU because you are solely responsible for, and bear all liability in relation to, such Content.
If you decide to purchase any of our premium services, we will process your payment information and retain this securely for the prevention of fraud and for audit/tax purposes.
PeryU uses automated decisions to prevent fraudulent payment transactions being processed as part of its anti-fraud procedures. In order to do this, our systems check payment transactions for behavior that indicates breaches of our Terms and Conditions of Use. If a transaction meets certain criteria that demonstrate that the Terms and Conditions of Use are likely to have been breached and the transaction is likely to be fraudulent, the relevant transaction may automatically be blocked. Where a transaction is blocked, the user will be notified that their transaction cannot be processed and affected Users can contact PeryU to contest the decision.
Our main goal is to ensure your experience on PeryU is an enjoyable one and you don’t end up getting stung! In order to deliver an enjoyable experience to you, we may use your Registration and other information to offer you our services and features; contact you with information about the App (e.g., updates and new features);
identify trends in how our Users use and interact with the App/Sites; personalize the App/Sites and the content we deliver to you; conduct research and analytics about how you use and interact with the App/Sites; resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and to enforce our Terms & Conditions; investigate fraud, protect our legal rights, and to enforce our Terms & Conditions; to send you information about the promotions and offers we have available - if you’ve signed up for our communications or otherwise told us it’s OK; and protect our Users and third parties from harm.

This may include preserving or disclosing any of your information, including your Registration Information, if we believe in good faith that it is necessary to comply with a law or regulation, or when we believe that disclosure is necessary to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal request; to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security or technical issues e.g. through anti-spam providers to protect the service from criminal activity or to protect our rights or property or those of third parties. In such cases we may raise or waive any legal objection or right available to us.
Business Transfer–In the event that PeryU entity or any of its affiliates undergoes a business transition or change of ownership, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, re-organization, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, or in the event of insolvency or administration, we may be required to disclose your personal data.

Anti-Spam and Anti-Fraud–Your data may be shared with other PeryU companies, for example, to block accounts and suspected fraudulent payment transactions as part of our anti-spam and anti-fraud procedures.
